Eligible Category B & C Facilities MWR Card Holders May Use:

• No-Fly Zone
• SPINZ
• Stars & Strikes Bowling Center

MWR Card Holders will have access to:

• Community Recreation events such as Sip and Paint, Bingo, Comedy Shows and more.
• Discounted amusement tickets such as Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, Texas State Aquarium, Fiesta Texas, and more.
• Rentals including trailers, power equipment, party equipment, kayak/canoes, camping equipment, and more.
• The park and playground equipment.

Eligibility: Any individual ages 18 and over who are U.S. Citizens and who meet the criminal history check and requirements. Minors 17 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult MWR Guest Card holder at all times and have their names listed on the back of the adult MWR Guest Card holder’s card.

Cost: The MWR Guest Card is FREE IN 2024 and is valid for one year from the date of issuance. 

To avoid delays, please read the directions below thoroughly.​

How to apply:

1. Fill out the DBIDS Pre-Enrollment online at  DBIDS PreEnrollment (dmdc.mil)
2.  For Base Sponsor, please put “MWR” and for End Date, put one year from the day you are doing the enrollment.
   For example, if you are doing your enrollment on 4/9/2024 for End Date put 4/9/2025.
3. After you are done, you will receive an enrollment code. Please take a screenshot or write it down.
4. Fill out an MWR Acknowledgment Statement (click here to download a printable copy) with names and ages of minors/dependents that you will be escorting on base with you who are under the age of 17 years old (if any).
5. Send an email to KNGV-MWRBAF@us.navy.mil with your:
   • Enrollment code
   • Driver’s License number and the state it was issued
   • Your phone number
   • MWR Acknowledgment Statement
6. Once your criminal background check application has been processed and cleared, our Admin Assistant will contact you (typically within 10 business days) to set up a day/time that is best for you to come in to get your fingerprints done and picture taken at Pass & Tag. A physical state issued ID and social security card must be shown to Pass & Tag during your appointment. Please make sure your name on ID's match.
